Request Heat Pump, AC or Heating Service

Tell us what's going on with your system and the best number to reach you, and we'll get back to you to set up a visit. If you have no heat or no cooling right now, calling during business hours is the fastest way onto the schedule.

Send Us Your Request

Only your phone number is required. The more you can tell us, the better prepared our technician will be when they arrive.

When your request comes in, we'll review what you told us about the system and give you a call to set up a time that works. If what you're describing sounds like something simple you can check yourself, like a tripped breaker or a clogged filter, we'll tell you that too.

If you're a property manager or you're requesting service for a home you don't live in, mention that in the message and tell us who will meet the technician or how they'll get in. We'll keep you and the owner in the loop.

What Helps Us Help You Faster

What the System Is Doing

Not cooling, not heating, blowing the wrong temperature, making a new noise, icing up, leaking water, or showing a message on the thermostat. Even "it hums but won't start" tells us a lot.

The Age and Brand, If You Know Them

Both are usually printed on a label on the side of the outdoor unit. A photo of that label is helpful too.

The Best Time to Reach You

Add it in the message box and we'll do our best to call then.
